What are the payment conditions?

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking. The balance must be paid by 15 days before arrival. No refunds are provided for cancellations made after this deadline.

Is it possible to book individual apartments?

Yes. It’s possible to book either individual apartments or the entire Chalet Cime Bianche with all five apartments for you alone. It’s the perfect solution for groups of friends or large families who want maximum privacy, with shared spaces such as the cinema room, 200m² panoramic terrace, and ski room for their exclusive use. A fully catered option with private chef and bespoke service is also available upon request.

What are the booking and cancellation policies?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival;
100% charge in case of cancellation fewer than 30 days before arrival;
Pre-payment of the total amount is required, which is only refundable in the event of cancellation by the deadline.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included and is served at Hotel Cime Bianche, right next to the chalet, from 8 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. We kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m.
