Morning light spills in through the large windows. Outside, Valtournenche opens up before you, idyllic and silent. In the kitchen, breakfast is ready: warm bread, homemade cakes, and mountain herb teas. This is how you start your day: unhurried, taking all the time you need.
In winter, you slip on your boots in the heated ski room, and in just a few minutes, you’re on the slopes. In summer, the same route takes you through forests, along trails, and to breathtaking vistas. The concierge service has thought of everything: private guide, maps, and tips. All that’s left to do is set off.
It’s time for lunch, and you take a break at a mountain hut overlooking snow-capped peaks. You’re served melted fontina cheese, piping-hot polenta, charcuterie boards, and a glass of Fumin. The scent of wood mingles with the aromas of the Aosta Valley’s cuisine. This is the taste of freedom.
You return to your chalet to unwind in the wellness area. You step into the steam room and inhale the Alpine essences. Then, you make your way to the garden, where a jacuzzi overlooking the peaks is waiting to pamper you. It’s time to slow down, take deep breaths, and surrender to well-being.

Carefully prepared dishes and selected wines welcome you to the bespoke table for 12 people. Your chef has prepared a dinner inspired by local flavours, served with a spectacular panoramic view. Each course is a work of art.
