The hotels are within walking distance of the slopes or in the centre of town, while the chalets are surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from the lifts and the area’s main attractions.

Chalet Breithorn can only be booked in full, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Chalet Il Gufo can only be booked in full, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Chalet Snøstorm can only be booked in full, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Chalet Cocoon can only be booked in full, with a minimum stay ranging between 3 and 7 nights.
Chalet Cime Bianche can be booked as a whole or as individual apartments/suites.

Hotel Principe delle Nevi: pets are allowed, but they are not permitted in the breakfast room or the spa.

Hotel Europa: pets are allowed on request, with an additional fee of €25.00.

Chalet Breithorn: pets are not allowed.

Chalet Cime Bianche: pets are not allowed.

Chalet Il Gufo: pets are not allowed.

Chalet Snøstorm: pets are not allowed.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the property and period:

Hotel Principe delle Nevi:

• Non-refundable rate: payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation; non-refundable.
• Partially refundable rate: 30% non-refundable deposit, balance 30 days before arrival; cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date with retention of the deposit, after this deadline a 100% penalty applies.

Hotel Europa:

• Non-refundable rate: payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation; non-refundable.
• Partially refundable rate: 30% non-refundable deposit, balance 21 days before arrival; cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date with retention of the deposit, after this deadline a 100% penalty applies.

Chalet Breithorn:

• At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required (non-refundable).
• 10 weeks before arrival, payment of the remaining balance of the total amount is required (non-refundable).
• Security deposit of €10,000 blocked on the card upon arrival.

Chalet Cime Bianche:

• At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% is required.
• The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation within the 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% penalty applies.

Chalet Il Gufo:

• At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required (non-refundable).
• 10 weeks before arrival, payment of the remaining balance of the total amount is required (non-refundable).
• Security deposit of €10,000 blocked on the card upon arrival.

Chalet Snøstorm:

• At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
• Within 30 days before arrival, payment of the remaining balance of the total amount is required, as well as a security deposit equal to 20% of the total amount, with a minimum of €2,000.
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation within the 30 days prior to arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount applies.

Chalet Cocoon:

• Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days before arrival incur a penalty of 30% of the total stay.
• Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival incur a penalty of 50% of the total stay.
• Cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, as well as no-shows and early departures, incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.
