An all-inclusive stay with exclusive use of the chalet, wellness area, heated outdoor pool, daily cleaning and laundry service, a dedicated concierge, and a private chef for breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. And if anything is missing, the concierge will take care of it: from bespoke experiences (helicopter transfers, heliskiing, in-room massages, signature tastings) to the little things, such as a pair of boots in the wrong size or a surprise birthday celebration.

Is it possible to book individual suites or just the entire chalet?

Chalet Chiarina is only available for whole-property hire to ensure you have complete privacy. The minimum stay varies depending on the time of year.

How many people can the chalet accommodate?

Up to 14 guests in the 6 suites, each with an en-suite bathroom: 5 suites with a double bed and one suite with a double bed and a bunk bed.

How can I confirm my booking?

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30 per cent of the total cost of your stay is required, payable by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival, otherwise the deposit and the entire booking will be forfeited.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival;
Between 89 and 60 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Between 59 and 30 days before arrival: a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
In the 29 days prior to arrival, no-shows, and early departures: 100% of the amount.

Are there any services for children and young people?

Yes. The room with the bunk beds is tailor-made for younger guests, the concierge organises lessons with private ski instructors in Italian, French, English, and German (with at least 24 hours’ notice), and the chef’s menu caters for all ages.

Are pets allowed?

On request, subject to prior notification at the time of booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is permitted between xy:00 and xy:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is possible between xy:00 and xy:00 on the day of departure.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?
