Is it possible to book individual suites or just the entire chalet?

Chalet Cocoon is always rented in its entirety to ensure maximum privacy. The minimum stay ranges from 3 to 7 nights depending on availability.

How many people can the chalet accommodate?

Up to 8 guests, accommodated in the 3 suites and the loft of the Master Suite.

How can I confirm my booking?

To confirm your booking, payment of 30% of the entire stay is required as a deposit, which can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival, otherwise the deposit will be retained and the entire booking will be cancelled.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 90 days before arrival
Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days before arrival will incur a fee of 30% of the entire stay.
Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the entire stay.
Cancellations made 29 days or less before arrival, no-shows, and early departures will incur a fee of 100% of the booking amount.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed unless expressly requested and approved.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on your arrival day.

Check-out is possible between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. on your departure day.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
