What are the booking and cancellation policies?

Non refundable rate

Cancellation policy: Cancellation of a booking will result in a contractual penalty of 100% of the booked services.
Payment condition: At the moment of reservation, the total amount must be paid immediately.

Semi-flexible rate

Cancellation policy
Summer: A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation made within 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
The balance must be paid within 14 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation made within 14 days prior to check-in (0 to 14 days), the deposit and any balance paid will be retained as a penalty.
Winter:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation made within 21 days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
The balance must be paid within 21 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation made within 21 days prior to check-in (0 to 21 days), the deposit and any balance paid will be retained as a penalty.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included and is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Is dinner included?

Dinner in the hotel restaurant The Horn is included when you book half board (surcharge of 50 euros), exclusively during the winter season.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed upon request (surcharge of 20 euros per night).

Are children allowed to use the spa?

Children under the age of 12: access to the indoor spa until 4 p.m. and to the outdoor pool from 12 noon to 8 p.m. (always accompanied by an adult and showing due consideration to other guests)
Children aged 12+: access to the indoor and outdoor spa (always accompanied by an adult and showing due consideration to other guests)
Children under the age of 16: access to the gym only when accompanied by an adult
