What are the booking and cancellation policies?

Non refundable rate

Cancellation policy: Cancellation of a booking will result in a contractual penalty of 100% of the booked services.
Payment condition: At the moment of reservation, the total amount must be paid immediately.

Semi-flexible rate

Cancellation policy
Summer: A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation made within 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
The balance must be paid within 14 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation made within 14 days prior to check-in (0 to 14 days), the deposit and any balance paid will be retained as a penalty.
Winter:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation made within 21 days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
The balance must be paid within 21 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation made within 21 days prior to check-in (0 to 21 days), the deposit and any balance paid will be retained as a penalty.
Payment condition
Summer: This rate requires a refundable deposit (within 14 days before the check-in date) of 30% upon confirmation.
Winter: This rate requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% upon confirmation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included and is served from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Is dinner included?

Yes, if you have booked the half-board option, dinner in the hotel restaurant is included in the rate of your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend on holiday with you for an additional fee of 30 euros per day. However, your pet is not allowed in the spa.

Are children allowed to use the spa?

Yes, children under the age of 18 are allowed to use the indoor and outdoor spa in both summer and winter, but only when accompanied by an adult and showing due consideration to other guests.
